As your day of coordinator we will be available onsite on the wedding day from start to finish. No special moment or detail will go overlooked. All packages include the services below and can be customized to meet each couple's individual needs.
PRE-WEDDING SERVICES
Detailed planning meeting held 3 months before the wedding to map out the day.
Attendance at final venue walk through.
Planning worksheets to help with organization.
Vendor confirmation calls 1-2 weeks before the wedding to confirm arrival, tally final payments, answer questions and verify deliveries.
Personalized timeline created to map out the day from start to finish.
Unlimited email and phone communication from the point of booking.
REHEARSAL NIGHT
Planning, organization and direction for one hour rehearsal the week of wedding.
WEDDING DAY
Day of timeline management and execution.
Ensure all vendors arrive on time.
Answer any vendor questions and provide direction on venue space.
Serve as point of contact for vendors, wedding party and family members.
Assist with setup including favors, guest book, place cards, seating chart and other décor items.
Accept and verify all deliveries. Ensure accuracy and quality of all drop-offs.
Distribute final payments and gratuities.
Manage wedding party members and provide direction on the schedule and expectations of the day.
Direct ceremony processional, ensure proper start time and smooth execution of the wedding ceremony.
Provide assistance during group photos and ensure that important photos are taken.
Help with the execution of reception events including grand exit.
