Wedding management is often referred to as Day of Coordination. Let's be honest there is a whole lot more to it than just the day of. This is a great option for all couples that have put in the hard planning work and are ready to have a stress-free day. Services include coordinating vendor arrivals, helping with set up and clean up, providing a personalized day of timeline, managing the timeline, assisting with the rehearsal and ceremony and serving as a point of contact for guests and vendors.

COORDINATION & CONSULTING
Looking for some help on how to put all of those amazing ideas you have together? Coordination & Consulting is for the couples that have booked most of their vendors and need some help on where to go next. Let us step in and get you organized. Your planner will participate vendor meetings, assist with final vendor bookings, make sure all of your contracted deadlines and due dates are met, arrange final design details, organize your guest list, manage pickups and returns, and confirm final details with all vendors. Plus all of the wedding management services are included!

FULL SERVICE PLANNING
This is the full package and includes guidance from day one of your planning process. Your planner will gain a full understanding of what you are looking for in your day and what is important to you and your fiancée. We will provide organizational tools and monthly to do lists to keep you focused but not overwhelmed. This can be personalized depending on how hands-on or hands-off you want to be!
